Our mission is to offer the same quality service to each of our clients both within the United States and Guatemala.
- Acceptance of the terms. By accessing and using the services of Vinci BSS, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you don't agree with any of the terms set forth here, you will need to avoid using our services.
- Description of the services Vinci BSS is a company specializing in software development, offering services such as:
Custom software development.
Software maintenance and updating.
Technological consulting.
Systems integration.
Other related services.
The specific details of each contracted service will be set out in the relevant contract. - Intellectual PropertyAll code, design, methodology, documentation and any other intellectual creation developed by Vinci BSS is the exclusive property of the company, unless otherwise stipulated in a written contract. The client has no right to reproduce, modify, distribute or sell such software without the express consent of Vinci BSS.
- Use of Software. The use of the software developed by Vinci BSS will be subject to the terms of the contract and the license granted. The client may not make use of the software in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Vinci BSS or third parties.
- Liability Vinci BSS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from the use of the software or the services provided, including but not limited to economic loss, business interruption or loss of information.
- Warranty Vinci BSS warrants that the software will be delivered in accordance with the specifications agreed with the customer. However, we do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will operate without interruptions.
- Modifications to the terms. Vinci BSS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective upon their publication on the website or direct notification to the customer.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United State, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
